Stories of our determination
Dubai Films and games comission
For the UAE’s 55th National Day, Dubai Films and Games Commission launched a nationwide short-film competition inviting people to tell the stories that define the country.
As Art Director, I shaped the campaign around The 55th Frame, a visual and narrative idea where 55 individual films come together to form a collective portrait of the UAE. I led the creative direction across the key visual, launch reel, bilingual campaign system and landing page.

the 55th frames
For the UAE’s 55th National Day, we treated each of the 55 selected films as a frame in a larger national story.
Each captures a different perspective. Together, they build a collective picture of the UAE, its people, resilience, progress and hope.
The campaign visualised that idea through a continuous film strip, with one illuminated frame left open as an invitation to take part.
The 55th frame is yours.
